Steiner’s Team wins 2011 AIA National Honor “Interior Architecture”

For an extraordinary collaboration, Clive Wilkinson Architects, Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, and Steiner Construction have been given the AIA Institute Honor Award for Interior Architecture. The FIDM project comprises approximately 30,000 square feet utilizing a strong color palette, textures, and geometric configurations. The result is a remarkable example of design as a statement. Steiner completes Madison Partners expansion.

The project team of Bob Safai, our client, Studio V Architects, and Steiner Construction has completed the expansion of Madison Partners, a commercial brokerage firm. Highlights of the upscale renovation include maple-plank flooring, extensive use of Calcutta Gold marble, and detailed accent lighting throughout. The sumptuous boardroom interior is complimented by the exterior views ranging from the Brentwood hills to the Pacific Ocean.
