Since the inception of Steiner Construction in 1986, Mr. Steiner has run the day-to-day operations of the firm and handled all the company's marketing and sales. During this time Mr. Steiner has managed to build a client base that for the past 5 years has generated an annual average of six million dollars in gross sales.
Prior to founding Steiner Construction Mr. Steiner was a vice president for Deauville Real Estate Corporation, a property management firm (1982-1986), and a project manager for Atlantic-Pacific Construction (1978-1982); both Los Angeles based firms. |
Pam Silvey
Corporate Controller

Ms. Silvey has been handling the company's financial matters for since 1996. She is responsible for managing the company's day-to-day cash flow, client billing, monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements and balance sheets. Prior to joining Steiner Construction, Ms. Silvey worked for 20+ years as a full charge bookkeeper for various Los Angeles companies. |
William Cabrera
General Superintendent/Estimator

Mr. Cabrera's combination of both job site knowledge and office skills makes him a key person when it comes the estimating and bidding process. Mr. Cabrera's current responsibilities include overseeing projects in progress, walking jobs to be bid with the subcontractors and generating bid proposals and project scheduling. Prior to joining the Steiner Construction team, Mr. Cabrera worked 11 years in the Los Angeles area for P.L.E. Builders and Office Construction Company as a job superintendent/estimator. |
Anne Howard

Anne has worked as an Execuive secretary for NBC-Burbank and for New Horizons in North Hills, a non profit organization. She brings over 20 years of administrative and organizational skills to Steiner Construction. |
Grant Young
Field Superintendent

Mr. Young has 20 years experience in the construction industry; the last 16 years prior to joining Steiner Construction, he worked as a field superintendent for Taslimi Construction in Los Angeles. |
Guy Wilde
Field Superintendent

Mr. Wilde has been in the constuction industry for 10 years with projects in the tenant improvement and institutional fields. Prior to working for Steiner Construction, he worked for Neil Edwards Construction as a project superintendant on state and government projects. |
Ruben Pimentel
General Laborer
Mr. Pimentel has been with Steiner Construction almost from the beginning, joining the team in 1989. Over the years, he has made sure all our job sites are clean during construction and he is responsible for the final turn key clean up work at the end of every job. |
